There are plenty of free websites - e.g. https://cartaxcheck.co.uk/free-car-check/ - type in numberplate and wait 10 seconds
I use the "MyCarCheck" app on an iPhone, which also tells you the date the car was registered in the UK. There is probably a web equivalent somewhere. The official government websites also do it, but you have to know the exact make/model of the car too - and they are all different (e.g. DeLorean DMZ, De Lorean, DeLorean DMC, DeLorean DMC12, etc.etc.)

The Will Blostone car is owned by Will Blostone - that is his name.

Vin 10264 used to be in the Patrick Collection (museum) - then was owned by Ian Titley, then Mike someone, then Ian Titley bought it back and still has it.

Ian Titley has sold it again
