Flap wheel / wolf Head

There is a flap wheel advertised in the club shop. Has anybody used it?
I asked Arran what grade abrasive it was but he said that there is nothing written on it.
So has anybody used it? Did you then go straight to the blending pad or did use use less abrasive paper?
arran mentioned use of a woolf wheel which I know about but never used. Does anybody know the sequence of grades of abrasive used from woolf wheel to hand sanding to blending pad. I'm talking about a substantial regrain. I know that Chris is "the man" but I'd like to know the process.
Cheers
If you have hand regrained your car - tell me all about it - or maybe you've already posted a thread?
