Hi all,
many years since i posted here.....VIN 2969 has now been sold on for a lot more than i sold it for...great car

I'm training to be a solicitor and I'm doing a presentation on DMC Ltd (this is about the company - not the car)

Q: who owned the factory property?
Was delorean given the land freely
what happened to it when the factory closed? (was it auctioned)

I think the land was given for free - and the factory building which houses Montupet was sold to them for £1
