Ok... I am. I'm that tight that the moths in my wallet have moths in their wallets !

So back out the garage tonight to investigate the missing clamp a.k.a. Eddie the Eagle.

I put an endoscopic camera down the rear interior quarter panel to see if the Eagle had landed within grasp? Alas apart from viewing a pile of dust /sand and boogies it was nowhere to be seen.

So I heated the vinyl that wraps around the door seal edge, and using a wooden coffee stirrer peeled the vinyl away. Removed the seat belt mounting, and a couple of screws and had the damn thing out in 30 mins. I found Eddie so I can soon move onto repairing the passenger side strut mount.

The craig speaker had split it's sides (with laughter?) so out it came. I've reconed guitar speakers but this one is just not worth doing! So I shall source a replacement - any recommendations ? I'm not after a super duper replacement - just something that'll do!

I cleaned up the glue on the edge of the tub and from the vinyl ready for the day when it's stuck back down, heated the vinyl and folded it back around.

Some pictures .. not very interesting... and my damn Olympus E520 tried it's best to compensate for the lamplight in my garage
