Hi everyone,

Bit of a long shot, but wondered if anyone had a lower crankcase laying around that I could borrow for a few weeks? Happy to pay for postage etc, and part will come back fully cleaned and degreased.

Didn’t you bring back one of those from the USA on one of our trips to DCS , maybe from Toby? I could be confused of course lol

Yeah I bought a few back, think one was for TT and one possibly went to Arran. Probably 10 years ago

i have a spare one Dan but it will cost a fortune posting it over from Australia and i would need it back so would be double bubble.

i would estimate $400-$500 your way about 250 quid. Arran would be able to give you a estimate getting it back over here.

or you may be able to get jason monk bring it back next time they come over

lol this is true Dan but would certainly sort out any oil leaks! i have 2 volvo 2.8 engines sitting in my car port and the intention are to build another engine up before mine fucks up. so had to buy another crank case. i found a guy in Canada that was selling one. i paid him then he told me he posted it by ship. i had forgotten all about it then 9-10 weeks later a box with my name on turn up on my desk as work. thought all my Christmas's had come at once.
