well this morning i decided to take my trusty ole de out for a spin, i thought last day this year before the engine goes in for next year.
well its been fine for a while now, but what decided to pack up? the otter stat. Well i disconnected the wires from it tried to strip them using the good ole teeth and it pulled out half the internal wire. Bugger i thought ( or words to that affect) sorted that using anything i had lying about in the car, preceded to connect the 2 together, and it blew a fuse another half hour later i was on my way home

one of the many benefits ? not so sure.......... its going back in the garage till next year now TT

well after a think it dawned on me the wire to the otterstat must have been burn't internally, thats why it broke and it must have gone to earth blowing the fuse and completely breaking the connection,i stripped them back put on new connectors relaced fuse and its ok now
well as far as a de can be lol TT
