De Lorean EuroTec

I recently ordered a t-shirt from a website called Petrolthreads ( www.petrolthreads.co.uk ), and whilst I was on the website I noticed they had a gallery for customers cars. Naturally I fired off an e-mail with a picture of mine and said that I thought it would look good on a t-shirt.

It turns out that they agree, but the bottom line is that if they commission a new design they would need to sell at least 35 to break even and 50 to make it worth while. Hopefully some of these would go to the public but could I ask you to have a look at the website and if you think you'd be interested in buying a DeLorean shirt if they made one either post a comment here or let them know direct.

At £20 a t-shirt I think initial interest would be fairly low. Especially given that custom designed "made by DeLorean Club" T-Shirts are half that price and don't need a minimum print run.

Having said that - I have no doubt they would sell, assuming they are marketing them fairly well?

Hi chris this is maria I do the club t shirts , if you let me know what you had in mind i will have ago at doing it for you, i have done the one you can see above so far and a delorean strip for carl which looked great (strip as on some of the cars). There's nothing i'm specificly trying to get made. I just made an off-hand remark to the guy who runs the site and he asked me to find out if there would be any genuine interest. If the answer is no then i'll tell him that.
