Hi all,

Do you think somone could put together a map of the UK with pins in where owners are located, perhaps not to the exact house, but to the nearest town.

I always lose track of where other people are and it would make it easier to meet up on route, and organise get togethers.

Perhaps we could compile a list of owners and the first part of their post code and then build a map of where everyone is.

Just an idea.

Thats a smashing idea James ... i wonder if there is something we can incorporate into our forum just like the 'cluster' maps thing on the front page ?... Arran ?

Perhaps a map that extends to Europe would be more appropriate...

sounds like a good idea James. I will look into it. I know someone did do something using Flickr a few years back, but it relied on user input, and was - to say the least - not exactly of much use due to lack of input.

If we could do something that, as you say, had a great degree of anonymity then it wouldn't take too much for a few of us to guess where most of the Ds are.

How about we all fit our deloreans with wifi europe trackers and they can all show on the map where they are at any time then

In that case it would be cheaper to just get a static map.
