How weird is it seeing the same shots but with Eric Stoltz?!

And from a filmmaking perspective- reshooting 5 weeks is nuts. That's half the whole film - serious budget required to reshoot that, not surprised he had a job persuading the studio to sign off on it... You'd have to say the right call in the end though. Good that he had the balls to listen to the niggle. Golden rule that in my business - listen to the niggle or you'll regret it later.

Kick in the stones for Mr Stoltz being replaced half way through filming.

I remember trying to search for video of him before - but it seems they won't release it. Hopefully more will follow at some point - like with speaking too - or maybe it's on the upcoming Blu Ray release or something?



I seem to remember reading somewhere that a few scenes still remain with Stoltz in the car, but you can't really see him.

And in an episode of "Fringe" they geekily pay homage to Stoltz showing a parallel universe with him as Marty:



Still... Stoltz didn't come off too badly afterwards. Would have been funny to see Michael J Fox in Pulp Fiction though!
