What's going on here then?:

At first glance, it looks like an effect to make it look like the car is moving

But I think it is the outline of the "flux bands" or what ever they are called. They must bend them in place on the car and then cut off the excess.

I would like to see it on the move ...

I don't think you can see a lot in front of you with the nose up that high?
