bathroom installation

This week I've been covering the nightshift at work, so during the day I've been helping my EX next door neighbour who has left her spouse, who incidentally is still next door because He is now a She, this is absolute true as TT knows this.
Anyway, no names will be mentioned to protect the innocent, but basically they had an amicable split because he wanted to explore his effeminate side, and by trade he is a jack of all trades master of none - odd job man. So she moved in with her dad who's elderly and he renovated the bathroom, but they had a bust up because she has met another man and wants to sell there original premises which is next to me. So she asked me to finish what he had started, apparently all it needed was just finishing off. By the way he next door likes an Ebay bargain, in fact every car he has owned, I jest you not has come from Ebay, usually about 3 a year because after a few weeks they blow up. This is what I found
