If you put your mind to it, you can make pretty much anything, dad, dad, daddy o!

Today I decided to sort out some door handles I got for my Ferrari restoration. They are as rare as a tax refund for JZD!
After searching high and low I managed to track down some from a guy who’d changed his 10 years ago and still had the old broken ones. After a bit of negotiation I managed to get them for several thousand pounds less than a working second-hand set.
However the cheap Mazak operating paddle was completely missing on one (seized and snapped off long ago) and the other had a single snapped leg and was bent and worn out.

So I roughed some new ones out of a solid Stainless Steel Bar, with nothing but a hacksaw and file.

And made two to replace the missing one and the one with one arm.

Result :D

So your cones will be a doddle Bozzy!
