I've just added to 'the fleet' as it were, it's a 1970 Ford Escort Canterbury Siesta Camper. Two owners, the old boy who bought it new then his daughter, 51k miles.

There is a ton of paperwork with it including the original bill of sale, check out the date, it was 44 yrs ago today, I took delivery of it yesterday, what are the chances!

All original soft materials as well as the stripey sides of the roof pop-up?

Is it a single our double bed in the back? Pics of it in the sleeping position?

Is it a show car or do you plan to actually go camping in it?

Put it this way, I don't plan on a weeks holiday in it But it will be ok for the odd night or some summer shows.
I really bought it just for the rarity value, I've only ever seen one other.

Would you believe there is also like a fold up 'stretcher' bed above.
