The final assembly begins tonight! Only then will I know if all the separate circuits will work together. I still haven't decided if I'm running 2 separate 2032 batteries of if I can fit a double battery holder I bought in there which I will have to rewire to give me 3v instead of 6v.

Lots of progress made tonight. I got it all together and everything works, when you open the doors the interior lights come on as well as the door markers. The bonnet and engine lights work with the covers opening, outside markers work, headlights work independent(but will only come on with outside markers already on)

Dash lights and HVAC and radio works. All that's left is some detail painting and attaching all the tiny bits and rub strips. I decided a special model should have special wheels, so I did them in the early vin color (always liked the look of the dark wheels).

Finished (except for the door lock cylinders I still have to make but that can wait till I go back to the shop this week)

Looks better than the real cars !

Thanks all! I am enjoying seeing this thing on my desk and finished. I got one of those fancy rotating turntabables for AutoART cars, hopefully will be here tomorrow or Wedensday.

I did tighten up my door struts so they open all the way and stay up.
