i need help from a tec head

Hi guys this is probley a question for maybe nick or arran or dan.
i have a lovley new computer but the iphone will sink with the computer but on the old computer as soon as to dock them togeather it normally comes up with do you want to upload pictures but this is just not happening we seem to think that adobe hasnt ever been put on this computer.so the question is dose anyone have a link to a free download to abobe cuz i just cant find the right one and i dont want to pay for it.

haha!

If you're talking iTunes, then I'm guessing you need to turn on the "sync photos" option / or maybe you're talking about an "autoplay" issue - dunno. I don't get that message :?

Careful,

You can as standard sync one iPhone to one iTunes as each computer with iTunes has a unique ID number embedded in it and it embeds that into the iPhone. The number is randomly made when you first run iTunes after an install or after removing it's settings and restarting.

If you try and sync then one of the iTunes will normally try and erase and sync the iPhone.

There is however a trick to make iTunes think it's the same on all of your computers. It required editing a few settings files to copy and embed the ID number from the first computer onto the second.

After tys trying for nearly a week to sort this out, he finally gave in and let me on his computer, i sorted it in 5 minutes ! All 1132 pictures uploaded ! He didint need tec help he should of just listened to his wife !
