Sorry it's been touch and go with me going to this for the last couple of months, sadly I definitely can't go.

Anyway - Wednesday night - I know Tyson, Maria, Me, I assume Sally are staying over in Folkestone. I have done the research and now is the time to book:



Holiday Inn Express - £53 per room inc. breakfast - nearest to the terminal - Number 2 on TripAdvisor


Premier Inn - £57 for room only (no breakast) - Number 4 on TripAdvisor, and a bit further away.


So the Holiday Inn it is then I assume? No idea what the food is like, but free breakfast sounds good to me. Parking on site, etc.etc. - and who doesn't trust TripAdvisor these days?!

So - book your own room, or whatever - assuming you agree, then it's a go.

It's not looking good for me.. Well for me it is, but as far as partners go i'm on a limb. Arjan is bailing and none of my friends in interested in spending money to be with some bunch of car geeks.

I'd hate this big event pass me, since as it is now i would have to go on my own. I'd really love to see a bit of planning to meet up halfway or earlier to get me going!

Erm - Tyson likes Steak, not too rare, no Foiegras, no vegetables, not too spicy, ooh and no ice! But most of all he like Milkshakes!

We're getting either the 10:20 tunnel - arrive in Calais at 10:55 - or the one half an hour after that - but I think we'll make the first one! - again I am just assuming this, but sounds about right to me.

Should be in Jezus for lunch for 13:00 without stops.
