Eleven Cities Tour; DCN's anniversary celebration

Saturday 19 and Sunday 20st of September 2009 we will celebrate our club's 10th anniversary with all European DeLorean Owners.
We plan do that with a tour along the eleven cities in Friesland.
In winter, if there is ice on the canals and lakes, this tour is also ridden by skaters, approx. 240 km/150 Miles.

No, we are not doing this on ice, nor on water.
We ride this tour with our cars and cross or pass all the cities that are stations in the "Tour of all Tours": the "Elfsteden Tocht".
We have decided to split this tour into two days to keep it not too difficult for the participants.

This tour has to be a pleasant and relaxing trip.

About halfway we therefore have planned a stay-over at a very fine hotel for dinner, pleasure and rest.
The event costs are € 95,00. Included are hotel, diner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday.

This message serves an announcement. More details will follow in due time.
DCN likes to invite all DeLorean owners in Europe to become part of this happening.

Let's make it the European counterpart of DCS in the U.S.A.
Your national club will have the details .
It is possible to register for participation right now, if you want to be sure.

Registration closes August 30st, 2009.

Is anyone thinking of going to this then? I know it's a bit close to the Irish event.

Welmoed - do you know how many you're expecting? 8-)

Sad, you can't be here, Dan.
Concerning the other trip I mentioned to you, that's the upcoming year (2010, for those who lost track of time :) )

I really look forward to a lot of you guys.
Proof that your cars are drivable and enjoy our beautiful Northern region and lakes.

Welmoed.

Not counting Dutch attendants, the first foreign attendant has registered.
Is very special as the owner is Hungarian!

Looking forward to the registration of other foreign owners.

Welmoed.
