Just got home and put the D away. Great weekend as usual. Depression setting in now and counting down the weeks to sally-tec and carpet-tec.

It's called Post Euphoria Stress Disorder (PESD) and it's related to its cousin, 'Manic Depression', both which knows Up's and Down's. The PESD is most commonly seen with DeLorean owners that have attended a special event. The sheer stress/relief balance from 'will I get there' and the moment of arrival has the effect of raising a tremendous amount of satisfaction with the owner, which is usually combined with drinks. The downfall of this all comes at the end of the event, when normal life resumes. Some owners simply cannot cope with the situation and start inventing problems and things-to-do for the next event. The tinkering involved usually brings enough stress levels to satisfy the PESD-effects for a following event.

In other words, you're hooked.

Haha very good Rob, although I wasn't worried if it would make it there because I knew it would. I don't have any work planned for it either so its just pure depression from the event alone.

Got home at 3.30pm and still nursing the mother of all hangovers. Had a fantastic time from what I can remember.
Thanks to Azza for being a star as always and tending to my dietary requirements  Apologies also to Azza if I upset any customers when I did my shift behind the bar  Apparently his manager fired me but I thought I were great

Can't wait to see you all again soon :D

Hi guys, just want to say that im sorry i couldn't make the mini meet up this year but i hope you are all having a good time

Shame James, but there willl be other times and yes we did!

The turnout of cars was a record!...for the Saturday night we had a total of 15, inc two RHDs... plus Darrens stunning Bentley.

Lisa and Alan's idea of a cocktail party was a truly great one, it worked really well thanks to the Caley Staff and some interestingly named drinks added to the surprise.

I would to like to thank Arran and his staff for yet more great hospitality, we are very, very lucky, we have a great bunch of people in this club, and the camaraderie seems to still somehow keep improving!

Me and Alex had to collect Albert from nr Pete F's place, so we followed him back there through the back roads...nice drive..then I noticed a couple of times a bad missfire when pulling away, which seemed to go away so I thought nothing of it..then the A14 was closed from Bury St Edmunds and it was stop-start then all of a sudden...engine dies...turns over..got fuel no ignition...Alex jumps in the drivers side while I push car onto the side...then had a look...one of the spade connectors on the ballast resistor had popped off, the spade connector had completley dislodged from its counterpart!

Put it back on..all ok. I better crimp them up a bit tighter.

I would also like to extend thanks on behalf of the club to Darren Collins who has donated a complete steering rack which we are getting refurbed as a club 'spare', this will prove very handy for MOT failures and the like when you need a rack quickly without having to shell out for a new one.
