The plan.

Well, I suggest a night out in Norwich! I know Dereham is my home town but I'm not gonna lie, it really is a dump and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, even if the up and coming 'Wetherspoons' is open by then, which I very much doubt!

Norwich gives us plenty more options of where we can go and what we can do for eats and drinks, bowling, clubs? Plus it's quite central for most people I think. So everyone has a more or less equal journey.

Accommodation.

I can at least put 2 people or 1 person and a couple (double-bed) up at my place? Maybe one or 2 more if you don't mind crashing with a sleeping bag on the floor!

Otherwise, I know someone who works at Hill House Hotel in Dereham, so might be able to get a good deal there.

lol Yes, it's at least £30 for a taxi from Dereham to Norwich these days... Can't imagine what the cost would be from Norwich to Hunstanton!

As I said, I think Norwich is the best place to go for a night out, in terms of the variety of choices. I personally propose a meal, few pints down The Bell and a dance off down The Waterfront... but I know that won't be to everyones taste!

I can recommend Hill House Hotel in Dereham http://www.hillhousehoteldereham.co.uk and I have initially been quoted a very good price for this, I'm just waiting for my friend to come back to confirm this and availability that weekend.

Need to get an idea of numbers asap so we can decide who is going to be staying where.
