Right, I believe there are tolls if we want to leave Dublin. The straight forward way out of the tolls is north via the dublin port tunnel at a cost of 10 euros or we go west via the east link toll bridge at a price of 1.80 euros.

Yes you read right, we will need to get some euros! (hen do's are good for something hey chaps ;) )

Im not fussed what way we go, but maybe our irish chums with local knowledge can assist?

I don't think we have any toll issues on the way back for those going to Dun Laoghaire?

Another issue which can wait till the day on 'radio convoy' is if the M6 is snarled round Birmingham, does anybody have any objections using the toll road? leave at junction T8 onto the A460 which then joins onto the M54? a £5 fare for using such a fine highway but maybe a small price to pay compared to being stuck in traffic?

I've gone from dublin to belfast without paying tolls, depends how bad the traffic around dublin is. I would assume the tolls take cards anyway.

They also take sterling but it is rounded up to the nearest 5 lol.
