The Retro Show at Santa Pod which Dan and I went to last year is on 3rd July this year. I've emailed the guy we spoke to last year about it and he's said he'd love to have a couple of DeLoreans down there again and has offered us 2 tickets per D.

I'm planning on going... who wants the other free tickets?!

It would be good if we get a few of us down there. It's a good day out, and of course the opportunity to go up the strip is worth it in itself!

Update! The tickets aren't 2 x car and 2 x passenger but 4 x whatever, so 3 free tickets to grab...

I'll take 2 tickets, but if we get other club members interested then I will only take 1 ticket of course.

Well my time won't have changed since last year, so Gez just has to try to beat my time.

Won't it? --since it did very well coming back from Ireland b/c you cleaned your engine and sorted it too. It would be interesting to hear the results anyway.

Well your right, mine may be very slightly faster, but I think on a drag strip I'm only looking at 0.1 or 2 of a second.

Gez got 16.5 today. I got 16.2 last year so he still has some fiddling/reaping to do Video and pics coming soon.
