Hi lisa i held 3 silver 4 berth rooms this is on room only basis so the rooms will comprise of 1 double bed 2 x rooms with 2 single beds in each and 1 single in the other room there are 2 bathrooms in this accom and tvs and your tea and coffee making facilities but no lounge or kitchen this works out as a total cost of £1512.42 which comes out at £72.02 per person they will need to all pay a £30 deposit and this has to be by the 10th of November and the remainder is due 8 weeks before you are due to arrive which is the 14th of December it is easier if they give there deposits to you and you make one payment as then your not chasing people to see who has paid and who has not however if you want people to pay individually thats fine but they must state there name so we can make a not on who has paid they will need to quote the reference no 20166067 as soon as the deposits are paid i will email all the details of the booking to you and a rooming list which you can email back to me with everyones name address with post code and DOB i hope this is ok if you need anything i will call you Sunday
