Possibily last weekend in June Dan - I am looking into it. That way it will be a month off of Eurofest. Whilst it may be "too much" for some people - it's not mandatory! - and there is always October, which it seems is just as busy now anyway.

The hotel can't do June - only option is 16th July - or any weekend in September (in which case we'd probably do away with October).
So we need to make a decision.
Firm events are MarchTec (19th March prob) and Eurofest (end of May).
Do we just do one and make it end of Sept / early Oct.
Or do we do 16th July and usual weekend in mid Oct?
