No probs mec - you're in. The dinner offering is still being negotiated so I don't know prices or details of that as yet, but I'm sorting it out with them in the next week or so. The place is being heavily refurbished inside, which is good news for us, but a lot of the key staff aren't there whilst that is going on, hence it taking me a while to sort out.

Just to re-iterate to anyone that hasn't booked, unlike in previous years you can only book online / via me for the next couple of days, after which the price will go up (by £20 for phone bookings, or by £35 for online bookings), all of the easy-to-book links above^^ will disappear, and you will only be able to book direct with the hotel, and only if they still have availability (they won't hold any rooms after next week).
It might only be King's Lynn , but the place is always full on weekends in June.

So far, 25 people are booked in and paid, with a few more saying they are "going to".

30+something people, 20 rooms booked. Just a final reminder/warning, if you haven't booked via the links on post 1 of this thread by tonight, then these links will disappear and you won't be able to.
After tonight you will have to either phone the hotel and quote a discount code to get a rate £20 higher than the one you can get today, or book online via the hotel's own booking system, or booking.com etc. at the prevailing (even higher) rate. In either case this will only be if there is availability, they won't be holding any more rooms for us after today.
I will quietly update the first post with these new details after tonight.

For those that have booked, or think they have(!?), either me or the hotel will confirm that you have by the end of the weekend. If you haven't heard from me or them confirming that you are booked in, say by the end of the week, then that means you most probably aren't

Dining arrangements are still to be confirmed, I will update when it is sorted out.
