Current numbers are 35 people on Friday, 50 on Saturday. We're expecting 25 cars - breakdowns not included
Most of you have pre-paid for rooms, the only extras to go on your hotel bills will be dinner each night - this will be £15 per head per night, and comprises of a buffet each night plus dessert. I'd advise mentioning any dietary requirements on check-in. The menu is something like chicken curry, sausages, veg lasagne, cottage pie - 2 of those per night (I can't remember which order - sorry!) and is subject to change anyway - plus a dessert. We'll be sat on medium-sized tables, and dinner is 8pm each night. The bar is 24-hours.
Saturday - karting is at 10.30 - about a 40 min drive away and is £20. During this time the girls will be going "shopping" at a pub in King's Lynn - taxis have been booked/paid for to get you to lunch - lunch is at Arbuckles at 1.30.
