It was a last minute change of date as the weather was nice.

Ryan loves driving his car so he's probably up for another meet tonight as well  ;)

:shifty: Clearly Ryan is a wrong'un. :shifty: Nobody would want the experience 2 days in succession, each to their own! I must admit his "new owner enthusiasm" still seems inconceivably intact at this point even to the point of actually regularly driving the thing.

It made more sense to go last night as it was the last decent dry evening. I know I should have confirmed sooner Dan but the trouble with a D and I am sure this is common to most owners, - is whenever you want to use the things you do a 5 minute tinker. In Delorean ownership you soon realise there are no 5 minute jobs on a D. This always subsequently leads to the car being laid up indefinitely waiting for parts and spare time etc and the plans all aborted - so I didn't confirm until I had the thing fixed - again. I knew I had to do it before I could use it but left it to the last minute. I bodged up the light board with solder and have ordered replacements - again. These same old jobs just keep coming round and I don't even use it. Oh dear listen to me. If I throw a few F***s and C***s in here I'm beginning to sound like the Scotsman!

Hahaha! What can i say. Even though im having some issues with the car, i still love it. Ive owned it for over a year and a half now. I dont know how long the honeymoon period is supposed to last with ownership but im still in that phase.
I feel i will always drive it when and as often as i can.

Once the honeymoon stage wears off you'll hate it and then sell it. Then a couple of years later you will put your rose tinted glasses on and buy another one, then hate it again

Hi everyone.

I've been talking to Ryan about doing another Essex meet before Christmas, once all this lockdown nonsense ends in a few days we'll be back to being able to have 6 people attend again

How does Friday 11th suit everyone?
