Sat at 2pm
Or Sunday at 12-12.30

That does cause us some complications with Arbuckles , as we won’t have enough transport possibly there and back

Although that might be sortable

If we miss Arbuckles then karting would work… it might be permissible for a mobile food truck to come into the car park

If the majority would like to go Karting then couldn't we chat to the hotel and see if they can do burgers / ribs / veggie or something for us all at a quiet time. This will give them an opportunity to increase revenue? I know its not Arbuckles but they do have a fair choice and maybe they want the business?

I think the problem is last time we were karting in the morning mate. This time the earliest we can get in is 2pm by the sounds of it.

I did contact my man at Zaks where we're having our Norfolk meetup in May. They have a 'Zaksmobile' but unfortunately they are already booked up for Graduation at UEA that week...

I might have found a good alternative though: https://www.facebook.com/besttruckstopinnorfolk/

Only 5 miles from Anglia Karting, plenty of parking and it even looks like they host car clubs! :dmcdoors:

It's no Arbuckles, but could be a good compromise? :D

I'll get in touch and see if they accommodate us all, might be that we have to block book it. How many cars are we potentially talking about in July do we think?

I’ve just spoken to a lovely lady called Jacqui at Avanti Grille who was very helpful.

They can accommodate up to 50 cars comfortably in the car park as well as extra people in the restaurant too.

She is going to send some menus over so we can have a look over them and advise of our preferences. They will also cater for various dietary requirements (gf/vege). The only thing they are limited on at the moment are vegan food options.

What do we think?
