That looks an option but it isn’t just the restaurant that causes the issue.

If we all go to the grill place, the karters can then of course go onto karting… but their partners or lifts will have no way back to the hotel.

I think we would need to ascertain exact numbers for karting before deciding what options we have?

We have managed to secure a later slot of 4pm for karting ( 3.30pm) arrival

This solves the transport issue as any karters can leave from the hotel after we return from Arbuckles

We might bring Arbuckles slightly forward

This is all very exciting. What a fantastic 4 days this is shaping up to be.

For those that are doing the 4 days, i was considering having a chinese on the thursday. There is a restaurant along the same route to arbuckles and is closer to the hotel. Was wondering if anyone would be up for this or should we stick to the hotel cuisine?

No worries Al, that sounds like a good plan all round and logistics are a lot simpler.

One small request from Jacqui at Avanti, if possible can we swing by for a photo opportunity, either to or on the way back from karting? I think they got rather excited about seeing the cars! I'm sure they would shout us some drinks or something in return.

This is the chinese place i was thinking. Its an all you can eat too. Really not that far from the hotel either...
