The best option "may" be Ryanair to Biarritz.

Leaves Stansted 12:15 Thursday - arrives 15:05 local time, back Sunday 15:30 local time - arrives 16:20 in the UK

It's about £62 return at the moment, although that is for a plane without wings or a toilet (that would be extra)

Biarritz is about 1 hour away. Car hire for 4 people is about £120 total (plus petrol)

arranj wrote:Looking at Tommy's private jet option I think we can rule that out (at £4000 per hour). Flying - obviously we would need a car the other end as well, in order to get around / the beach, etc. But it does mean that statistically most of us can drink for the entire weekend.
If someone was to bend me over their knee and spank me I might consider driving over, but staying sober in one of France's best wine producing regions is going to be torture!

I'd be more then happy to bend you over my knee and spank you Arran

Hi
thanks for your interest, please let me know how many of you are planning to come as soon as possible.
Since it is a home-event, I don't have unlimited capacity ( food, beds, visits...). I will probably have to limit inscriptions to 50 people.
