Steering Wheel Refurb / Exchange Service
Posted: Wed Aug 11, 2010 2:41 pmIt's a pain in the butt when you want to re-upholster your steering wheel because it's pretty hard to use your car without it while it's away being recovered.
I now have a spare DMC steering wheel in stock and will be offering a refurb/exchange service.
Option 1
Have your cars original steering wheel recovered.
Before you remove/send it to me I will send you a spare one to use while your original is being sorted.
Option 2
You can purchase a recovered steering wheel from me.
I will send it out to you and when you've installed it you can send me back your old tatty one.
Rules
1) I do not provide a centre cap, you must remove/keep/reuse your original
2) Center caps can be covered in leather at extra cost
3) Service Only available within the UK
4) If using Option 1 - The hub/threads/taper splines & rubber area of the wheel being exchanged must be in good condition
5) Custom colours & textures also available
Just dipping my toe in the water to see if there's any interest, I shall post costs including P&P later.
