Hi,

I've just installed the DMC fuel pump / sender combo and have everything that it replaces for sale. My car didn't have any of the stock tank baffle setup so that's not for sale...

On offer:

Fuel pump (looks like Special T Auto pump but can't verify)
"delorean.com" fuel sender (not in photo)
Fuel pump sealing ring (boot)
Fuel pump cover seal
Support ring for pump / boot

All serviceable.

Open to offers for the whole lot or individually.

Best wishes,

Mark

Mark, I would keep your pump as a back up. I have had loads of issues in the past with 'after market pumps' regardless of the source. I was lucky enough to get hold of an original Bosch Courtesy of Marky Mark. The main problem I was having was in warm/hot weather, if I got stuck in traffic the pump would start to misbehave, once cooled it would be okay again!!!

Fair point about keeping hold of it all as a backup, particularly as it's only been in two days! Although you'd think for 460 Euros for the combo you'd never have to go near the tank again.

I'm just sick of the sight of it all really...

I had a similar fuel pump issue when warm / after long drive. It never actually cut out but the output must have dropped right off as it made the car barely driveable. 90% sure the problem was the electrical supply rather than the pump itself tho.
