Agreed. They sound a bit dodge from the TM infringement docs that Arran posted.

And I'll bet they dont sell a whole lot of stuff through hillmanmotors.co.uk

When you look at what they did with the "commercialisation" of the previous domains, its just a crock of shit.

Yep, that makes sense...

Pretty sure it will be taken down within a day by Ebay.

Here is where they nicked the picture from: http://www.in-dmc.org/sales/

What a crock of shit!

You can only assume these jokers are creating listings for dozens of rare parts like this - otherwise how would they ever find enough mugs to actually pay them enough to make it worthwhile?

Also - if you need a fender - you pretty much need it now don't you? Who wants to wait two years for one - if it's so bad Chris N can't knock it out?!

it would appear Ebay took it down for contravention of the presale rules, only for it to appear again as a presale... It will go again.

Doing a bit of background checking on this Hassan bloke, it seems he has a history of setting up companies with similar sounding names to the "real" companies, then in some cases getting into trademark disputes over the use of the name - e.g. he set up a company called Creation Music in Manchester, and another one called Hacienda Nightclub Manchester, etc.etc. He lost a trademark dispute with a beer brewer and had to shell out about £5000. I still can't work out what he hopes to gain from these trademark battles.
His case against DMCH is still ongoing, and he has to demonstrate genuine use of the DeLorean name to retain the trademark in the UK - that is obviously what this is about - although why I have no idea.
