Thanks Carl for posting! I will get round to getting sorted from my laptop, can't seem to post photos from phone :( it's nearly done, few more bits to weld then got to put it on the car and do the rear end.

The top section has been made from 2 pieces with a strip around the front so it's hollow, strong but still lightweight. I've prepped the edges and done a full pen weld so its internally welded and I've sanded off the top weld so it looks smooth and you can't tell it was welded, I'm very pleased with it, should hopefully get it fitted today! :)

It's a TIG plant that i borrow from work sometimes :)
It's on the car now tacked in ready to be welded. Can't believe what a difference it's made to look at. Il have pictures up soon of this latest progress.
