Short by time did not manage much today.
First, did a quick gauges refurbishing. Well, I was hearing a clinging noise inside when I sway it around and seemed like something was loose. Fortunately it was just one of the anchors that hold on to the temp gauge. No biggie.

So I also exchanged all bulbs with LEDs...
On to the garage, I took a look at the rust friendly roof under the T panel. To my surprise, that is one of the VERY few things, that was almost rust free.

With the doors down, I too the opportunity to clean it up from the minimal rust points and prepared for painting it tomorrow.
Lubed the door hinges.
While I was at it, I also lubed the steeling column joints.
Sprayed the lube

Moved the joint frequently to have the rusty joint's juices come out, cleaned it with a cloth, and the resprayed it. That I did over and over again until no more brown stuff came out.

Did the same with the gear selector.

Did then some bench working by cleaning out the water pump adding new seals and gaskets

Finally, got down to removing the brake caliper cylinders. Nothing pretty in there either....

And the process of HOW TO remove that cylinder;)

Easy peasy! Just take two screwdrivers and leverage them out slowly. (An article I read mention it was a big issue. Not really)
