Still an ongoing project. I've just removed the bass speaker and amp from behind the drivers seat, and im going to build the PC into the storage hole, then relocate the amp(s) to the rear parcel shelf along with the Bass speaker(s).

More pics to Follow.

OK. Im now making prototype PC cases or chasis for the storage space behind the drivers seat. Not having alot of success at the moment. Im on the third prototype at the moment, but I should find out if this latest one works tomorrow.

Meanwhile......here's a few pics of proto1.

Here's a few pics of the first prototype.

Nice conversion ... and a nice DeLorean too! I've seen it in person at Eurotec2009. But were are the vents above the radio?

Sorry for asking, but why the computer in the car? Have I missed something? I suppose it 'll go in the space behind the driverseat (according to the shape of the wooden frontpiece...) ...

Hi andy.
Firstly, the airvents are sealed behind the LCD screen which gives greater airflow through the side vents and floor vents. It seems to be enough for me.
The computer has gone in the car to bring it a little more up to date.
Its a touchscreen which (Currently) gives me....
GPS SatNav
GPS Speedo and Heading
Music (30Gb)
Video (30Gb) (20Gb left for system resources)
DVD Player
Bluetooth Phone Linkup (Reads addressbook from your phone on screen + Handsfree)
Broadband Internet (Will also have live webcab running onto my webpage once complete)

Next additions...
Rear view parking camera (Activated when car goes into reverse)
USB Digital to Analgue (and vise vera) dongle which will give me engine mangement details (as simple as they are!).
Solid state Hard Drive for quicker booting time (In conjunction with mini XP)

An finally, yes, the case im working on, is to fit in the storage compartment behind the drivers seat. ;)

Thats about it.
