In case any one is interested I thought I would post up a couple of pics of my conversion so far. The conversion is a no holes drilled project and so far has taken me 18 months to source the parts from all across the world. I have tried to keep it as accurate as I possibly can. Yes I do know I have black interior, and yes I know I dont have the correct bonnet but the general public won't mind I'm sure

How the hell do I get the windows out without smashing ?

First insert a thin, long and sturdy metal like a screwdriver through the rubber seal to create a hole. Then push trough a thin wire. With that wire pull it around thr glass to cut the black silicone. Do not force push the glass at any time.

Thanks Guys, I will give it a go unless of course a Wakefield Delorean owner wants a trip to Bingley to do it for me

As for the other car, yes it is one of two trotter replica vans I have. You can't beat a bit of Delboy always a good laugh to drive.

I don't get involved with windscreens, but I might have a contact that can. I'll see if I still have his number. .

It's not the windscreen admin it's just the rear pontoons. The windscreen front and rear are definitely staying in:-)
