The v-shaped metal clip is #39
and i bet the black plastic disc is #43
Both are not even listed on the Store... keep them !
#39 is meant to facilitate insertion of the clock panel ''tubes'' into the center console inner brackets
FWIW, i don't have it on my car and insertion is always tricky...
Try without first, then with, and let us know
EDIT :
an old copy of the parts manual tells me #39 is actually SP10557, and they're supposed to be 4 per car, obviously
#43 is SP10042, "shakeproof washer M6". One car should require 6 of these
