I didnt want to waste the cable ties I used to put them up. I would only have to replace them next year.
Have taken the bulbs out tho. The risk of accidentally switching on 10 lights at once is enough to cause palpitations.
I charge batteries using a solar panel for 50 weeks of the year to allow me to switch in for an hour a day over the festive season.
