Delorean Wanted!

Wanted Delorean!
I'm a new member and long term Delorean fan looking for a well sorted mint or very good Delorean that is well regarded by other members.
I dont mind manual or auto as condition and reliability is much more important. I'm not really looking for a museum piece, but a car that I can use regularly, ideally with most of the sensible upgrades already carried out.
If you have a suitable car for sale, or know of one, please get in touch via the forum, or call me on 07831 519293 for a friendly chat.
Thank you very much & kind regards,
Carl.

I'm confused, does the OP want a DeLorean or does he want a reliable car? :D

Sorry Carl, for the cheap shot.

Many of the UK cars have been driven all over Europe without incident, however they are now 30 years old, so may not be considered as inherently reliable as a modern car. It depends on the previous owner, and yourself, in how the car has been maintained, and probably most of all, how often it has been driven (more = better).

Cars that have sat for extended periods of time can be bothered by fuel delivery problems and mysterious electrical gremlins.

I'd say the UK has a much higher %age of "well sorted" cars than the US, just because of the effort people have made to import them.
