An ex-Beverley Hills Car Club car, based on the windscreen sticker. Their stock usually have some aesthetic challenges, but car looks immaculate now.

any idea on VIN?

Ad says Chris N did the work on it, I'll ask him about it next time I go down for the chassis!

The drivers seat skin doesn't look like it's in great condition, missing centre headliner (and pictures which look like they have been taken at strategic angles so you can't tell if there are headliners in the doors), what you can see of the rear of the chassis looks quite grubby, panel alignment/gaps, plastic coolant bottle...

It should be absolutely mint inside and out to be asking that kind of money. And who doesn't change the front springs?

Yep it's not worth £33k unless the values have suddenly jumped £10k.

Jez,

If the guy paid £16-18K for it, then spent £15K at PJ Gradys, then he's just trying to get his money back.

Think of it this way, in the last 12 months some classic cars at the top end of the market have increased in value by 200%, the ripple of this wave always works it's way down the market to push up the prices at the bottom.

We should all rejoice and embrace this, not make light of it.
After all we have all invested more time and effort in to our cars than we expect to get back financially, so lets welcome a market rise in value. With the "for the love of cars" home RHD conversion car making £40K (and it was still rough) why shouldn't this car be worth £33K?
