De Lorean EuroTec

Hey Guys,

All the Deloreans out there at the moment seem to be fully restored examples. I am looking for an unrestored Delorean with good body panels being the more important. The drivetrain doesn't need to be a runner for the moment. Budget is in the region of 20,000. Any suggestions?

One sold recently for around that figure, there is one non runner for around £16k been stood 25 years

As Alistair says, there is the one he mentions (near Mansfield), the guy is looking for £16k - it is unregistered and not officially listed for sale anywhere, but we do have his number. He basically just imports cars then sells them for a 50% markup without doing anything to them.

And there is this one: viewtopic.php?f=56&t=4310 - which is not officially sold yet, but I think you will have to beg him to sell it you - there was at least one guy seriously interested but bought another one just due to lack of contact/ability to look at the car I think. It could also be sold, who knows?, but no harm in asking.

Based on your budget I think importing from the US is best option for you.
