Just happen to be in Dubai (like you do) and saw this car that came up for sale on dubizzle .......their version of ebay yesterday

Works out just above 25k, the photos look good but not sure about it being diesel ???

the advert states it's 150 - 200hp diesel, was that a special model they built???

I think it must be a typo as it looks like a standard petrol engine to me.

Not a bad looking car though?

Ok I gave the guy a call, his name is Assyl and he explained whilst looking up the vin on his computor that he has a large fleet of cars for sale but only this one DeLorean. Vin number 3899.

He told me he didnt know alot about the cars but he walked to it and stated "it smells of lovely leather" . The dash is all good and the last time he drove it was in March.

Looks good! More reliable with a diesel fitted !

It was last seen on ebay in July 2011 in California, with 6187 miles on it, so presumably it was exported then and has travelled all of ~113 miles since then.

So as Al said earlier, not an ME car per se.
