In my view I would check into the title status and making sure a title can be signed over to you before committing finances to this one.

My understanding and based on the seller’s description, Connecticut isn’t “titleless” for this vehicle year, therefore a title signed over to you will be expected and required for export out of the US.

The listing states the car has a clear title? However considering it is abandoned I’m guessing it is being sold without a title and the seller is expecting the winning bidder to resolve.
