Nice realistically priced grey auto at only £46,500, shouldn't think this will stay around too long at that price.

One can only assume, with that level of inflation, they are taking payment in Bitcoin ;)

Is this car not just the subject of a fraud? What's going on?

Typically a fraud seller would go "low" not high, so I assume this genuine. In short it's been from dealer-to-dealer, auction-to-auction, now seemingly bought again by another dealer in an auction hoping to make a quick buck living. Probably someone who (quite rightly) spotted it was going below average at the last auction, and might well get a decent return on it eventually. I dare say they'd be open to offers ;)
Some of the previous listings are on these threads, although I think there have been other sales: viewtopic.php?f=56&t=5729 and viewtopic.php?f=56&t=5196

I wonder if they are charging extra for that tape holding the steering column cover together?

Going up in price nicely, currently at £35,550. Reserve still not met - a bit greedy perhaps.

More proof that traditional auctions are are a waste of time for sellers?!

I can guarantee you wholeheartedly that this car won't sell during this particular auction.

I have never seen an Ebay auction go up this quickly and so far from the closing time (been at this level a few days). No one is paying that money (a)for an auto, (b)on Ebay, (c)at this time of year. It just doesn't make sense - surely either a complete fraud advert, PR stunt by the seller (this car has history of that), shill bidding(?), or a combination of some of the above, and boozed up bidders ;) The current winning bidder bid at 01:00am - read into that what you will, during office party season ;)

Of course I could be wrong, but it's rare ;)

Good luck to the seller if he can make £10k in a week for 20 minutes work, but I just don't believe it's that easy.

What on earth is the reserve set at?! It's almost as if they don't want to sell.... call me sceptical lol., but just doesn't make any sense - the bidding patterns don't match any previous Ebay sales for DeLoreans. I'm afraid that we haven't seen the last of this yet :)

The last car this seller sold on Ebay was a Mondeo for £300.....
