After many years of wanting a DeLorean, I am now in a position to buy one.

Does anyone have one for sale and could send me the details.

Not too fussed about the spec - but looking to purchase one with little or no work required.

Hi Derfel,

Have you seen one in the flesh before? Whereabouts in the country are you? Once restrictions ease it might be worth seeing if there's a local owner who can show you their car so you can get a sense of what to look for.

Budget wise if you want one that's sorted you'll be needing £40k+

Hi,

I originally started looking for one in the early 2000s , but wife and kids came along - so never got to buy one. Kicking myself now as I saw some fantastic cars. A lot cheaper than they are now!!

Chris Parnham from Derby was very helpful at the time showing me round his cars.

Great that you're familiar with them. Yes - back in the early 00s £15k would have got you a lovely example!
