Tail light circuit boards wanted

Due to always having problems with my rear lights I have decided to bite the bullet and purchase some new boards. Having read a few threads some people mention an "updated" version of the boards.

Can any one point or guide me in the right direction to getting hold of these.

Thanks

lol no. I read somewhere (perhaps on that same thread) that some people are using LED bulbs in them too, which would help with reliability. Are your old ones definitely knackered. Even I managed to fix mine! (eventually) - usually just a case of squeezing all of the grounds on the board with a pair of pliers, and fiddling with the bulb holders a bit...?

I thought I'd fixed them once but still a bit dodgy. Just thought it would be easier to change rather than messing around. I better get some bought then :)

What seem's to be the problem with them?

I fixed mine by drilling the rivets out, cleaning up the board and the holders, and then replacing the rivets with a nut and bolt - that was over two years ago and still going strong.

If you don't fancy drilling them out, putting the board on a block and giving the rivets a belt with a drift and hammer will tighten them up - not sure on the longevity of that type of fix though.

Thanks for the comments mike.

Myself and another member attempted to clean them up but after a long ride they still seemed a bit tempremental. I'm not really any good at do it yourself so thought I would go for the easy option and buy some new ones.

Ordered from here weds and they came this morning - superb  that's what you call service :D
