Hi James, I have thought the same, the original racks are expensive and according to Dan don't fit well.

I have a very good business relationship with a factory in Europe who manufacture a number of products in SS for me, they'd certainy be able to reproduce/make any changes suggested. I ship a pallet from them every few months.
I would really like to borrow an original one to see how it could be improved, but the manufacturing in ss wouldn't be an issue.
