That's presuming you have a damaged old one to cover, otherwise you may need to first install a thin dense foam insulation such as a product called isoline tape (you can get it from a plumbers merchant) so that the leather sleeve fits well. Otherwise its a supply and demand thing on the cost of a used OEM one.
