One for ChrisS

Postby Dangermouse » Mon Sep 13, 2010 5:12 pm

At a local British Car Show last weekend, and they had a bunch of Lotus' including these two Esprits in ChrisS favourite color. At least one had a fancy exhaust upgrade and sounded great.

Alos there was reputedly the oldest remaining Esprit (the 1976 white one) and a 7 (for Arran)

Yep that red one is the same as mine - although it hasn't got the BHP-enhancing bonnet scoop that I've got! - nor is it :spaxed:

Certainly a lot cleaner though! :?

You should not do spin-outs in the dusty parking lot!

One thing I noticed here, is that cars stay cleaner a lot longer. There's less dirt on the roads for some reason, must be the lack of agriculture in this area.

The only Spax sign I saw was on this ex-Nick Mason Lister-Jaguar replica (scroll to the right)

I hate azure blue. I hate it, I hate it, I hate it

Nice V8's

The one with the central exiting exhaust is one of the last V8's made.

I was wondering about that and whether it was a post-factory mod.

Darren C, you should meet Darren D (Iznodmad on DMCTalk) - he is fastidious about keeping his D's clean also.
