There are couple of old pictures of this one on the internet:
Legend has it that this car was imported by Andy Westerman and sold to the owner of a well known insurance company - my research indicates he (Andy Wood) sold it in 2004-2005 - which does fit in with the "same owner for the last 7 years" line

Yes, Andy (Westerman) sold it to Andy (Wood) in / around 2003 approx, so Andy sounds about right
